When planning my trip to Scandinavia, I thought about nice cities and awesome nature, fjords and mountains.
When climbing Floyen in Bergen (Norway), I found this shop on top and had a fantastic vegan hot dog: 
Back home, I tried this slightly varied the ingredients and enjoy now my South African version of a hot dog.
Ingredients:
- Hot dog bread
- Sausage (I prefer the vegan ones)
- Coleslaw salad
- Chilli Chutney
- Mustard Pickle
- Roasted onion
Preparation:
Grill the sausage. In the meanwhile, divide the bread roll and fill with coleslaw, chilli chutney, pickles and rosted onions. In the middle, put the sausage:
